Getting started
What is agistri?
agistri is a web app that turns your photo into a short AI video. Pick a trending template, add one photo (two for the couple templates) and get a 5-second HD video with music and no watermark in about 2 minutes. It runs in the browser on phone and desktop; there is no app to install.
Do I need to install an app?
No. agistri works in the browser on your phone and your computer. Open agistri.app, pick a template and add your photo.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see. Some templates need a full-body photo; the template page tells you which. Two-person templates take one photo of each person, so you don't need a photo together.
How long does it take?
The first frame is ready in about 20 seconds and the 5-second video in about 2 minutes. Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway copy real motion and take a few minutes.
Is the video real footage?
No. It is an AI-made video, not real footage. Every template is tasteful: people stay fully clothed and there is no kissing.
Pricing and credits
How much does it cost?
A Video Pack is $14.99, paid once: your first video plus 100 credits, no subscription. There are also a Weekly plan ($6.99, 50 credits every week) and a Monthly plan ($19.99, 150 credits every month) that renew until you cancel. A new template video uses 5 credits (7 for Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway). Within 14 days of your first payment you can get a full refund if you're not happy with your video.
What are credits?
Credits pay for what you make. A template video uses 5 credits (7 for Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway). Photo tools use 1 to 20 credits; each tool shows its cost before you start.
Why do some templates cost 7 credits?
Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway copy real motion onto your photo, which takes longer to make: a few minutes and 7 credits instead of about 2 minutes and 5 credits.
Is there a watermark?
No. Videos are delivered in HD, with music and without a watermark, ready to download and post.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment you can get a full refund if you're not happy with your video. If a video fails, its credits come back to your account automatically. If a result came out wrong, email us and we'll return its credits.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Weekly and Monthly renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Profile or at paddle.net and you won't be billed again. The Video Pack is a one-time payment and never renews.
Your photos and videos
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to make your video, are deleted after 7 days and are never used to train AI. Videos are kept for 30 days so you can download them.
Can I post my video anywhere?
Yes. Download it and post it on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or anywhere else. Videos come in HD with music and no watermark.
Can I use a photo of someone else?
Only use photos of people who are happy to be in the video. You confirm this before anything is made. Couple templates are for adults only.
Account and payments
Who handles payments?
Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, sends your receipt and handles sales tax. You can find your order and receipt at paddle.net.
I paid but I don't see my credits.
Sign in with the email you used at checkout; your credits are on that account. If they're still missing, email tknappstudio@gmail.com from that address with your Paddle receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email tknappstudio@gmail.com from your account's address and we'll delete your account, photos and videos.
How do I contact support?
