Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026Agistri is made and operated by TKN Studio ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
What Agistri is
Add your photo, pick a trending template (a hug, a slow dance, anime, a collectible figurine, the red carpet and more) or use AI photo tools, and get your 5-second AI video or photo delivered on the web. Plans and packs give credits: a template video costs 5 credits (Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway cost 7). Agistri is a web service: you upload a photo, answer a few questions, and our AI creates short videos from your photos in the style of trending templates (for example a hug, a slow dance, anime, a collectible figurine or the red carpet) that are delivered on this website right after payment, in your private studio page.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Only upload photos of yourself and of adults who have agreed to be included. Two exceptions: in “Meet Younger Me” you may add a childhood photo of yourself, and in “Old Photo Alive” an old family photo you own or your family is happy for you to use. Do not upload photos of other children, of public figures, or of anyone who hasn't agreed, and nothing sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful; don't use the videos to deceive anyone about what a real person did. We and our AI provider automatically refuse some content, and we may close access that breaks these rules.
AI results
Videos are generated by AI: the scene and the movement are imagined, not a record of a real moment. Likeness and details vary and can be imperfect. Example images on this website show fictional or illustrative content. You may download, print and share your own videos for personal use; we don't claim ownership of them.
Plans, credits and payment
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders — Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. A plan or video pack bought right after you make a video includes that video plus credits; plans and credit packs bought from the Pricing page give credits. Subscription plans (weekly or monthly) are billed today and renewed every period until you cancel (cancel anytime at paddle.net or by emailing us). One-time plans and credit packs are single payments with no subscription. A template video costs 5 credits (7 for the Sway Dance, Baby Dance and Paris Runway templates); your own idea in Create costs 1 credit for a photo and 5 or 10 for a video; photo tools cost 1 or 2 credits, Headshots 5, Talking Photo 10 and a 20-photo Photo Pack 20; making a video HD costs 2 and making it longer 5; if a creation fails, its credits are returned. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. See our Refund Policy.
App Store purchases (iOS app)
In the Agistri iOS app, plans and credit packs are sold as in-app purchases through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple ID — Paddle is not involved in those orders. Subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Credits bought in the app and on this website live in the same account.
Create, Tools and Face Profiles
In Create you describe what should happen; in Tools you can swap a face, make a photo talk, enhance, restore or expand a photo, remove a background or an object, change an outfit, or make headshots and photo packs. Only use photos of yourself, of adults who have agreed, or photos you own. Do not make content that is sexual, violent, hateful or illegal, that shows real public figures, that involves children (apart from your own childhood photo in “Meet Younger Me” and “Polaroid With My Past”), or that deceives anyone about what a real person said or did — for example a Talking Photo of someone who didn't agree. Text you type is checked automatically and may be refused. A Face Profile saves 3 to 10 photos of one person so you can pick it instead of uploading again; only save your own face or a face you have permission to use.
Sharing and reports
“Copy link” creates a public link to that one video or photo — anyone with it can watch it until you turn the link off or the result expires. If a result comes out wrong, use “Report a problem” so we can improve it — and if you'd like the credits it used back, email us and we'll sort it out.
Storage
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and finished videos and photos after 30 days — download the ones you want to keep. Face Profiles stay until you delete them (Profile › Face Profiles). “Delete my photos and videos” in Profile removes all of them at once. Your private link signs you in without a password: anyone who has it can see your videos and use your credits, so don't share it.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
